Working Principle:
The structure of Raidsant’s
cleaning strainer is very simple: just one stainless steel cylindrical shell
what contains filter. When unfiltered fluid from the top down, it from the
inner surface of the filter outflow to the outer surface, filter residue would
trap trapped on the filter. When the filter needs cleaning (depending on time
and in different pressure or manual operation), cleaning disc moves up and down
on the surface of the filter, the filter residue removed from the filter
surface. The cleaning process does not affect the conduct of liquid filtration
in order to ensure an efficient process and has greatly reduced the loss of
high-value products during filtering.

Control
System
We can provide
the control system of the mechanical self-cleaning filtration system according
to the requirements of the buyer.
1.
The PLC microprocessor can be solely used to
program or controlled and operated through network.
2.
Continuous cleaning valve is a standard
configuration and it can ensure the continuous operation of the cleaning disc and
it uses as gas source the common plant compressed air and the compressed air of
the slag trap chamber and waste discharge plant. The waste discharge of the
slag trap chamber is controlled by manual valve or press button.
3.
Electronic timer used to set the discharge time and
stroke time.
4.
Semi-automatic control unit with control interface,
to achieve external control of stroke and slag discharge of the cleaning disk.
